
Hey Everyone,
If you are a yogurt lover, switch to Greek yogurt, it has double the protein content of most regular yogurts, half the sugars and carbs, and is great tasting. Here are a couple of tips for sweetening up the Greek stuff:
Add a teaspoon of honey and teaspoon of cinnamon
Add one packet of splenda and 1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries
Add 1/4 cup lowfat granola and 2 tbs raisins
Use in cooking or as sour cream on tacos or burritos/Mexican dishes
Use in Spinach/Ranch dips instead of sour cream
