GRILL IT


OK
IM OFFICALLY OBSESSED WITH GRILLING. MAKE USE OF THE JULY FOURTH HOLIDAY TO GRILL OUT! IT IS THE BEST WAY TO EAT CLEAN! HERE IS MY FAVORITE GRILLING RECIPES:

PEPPERS:
SLICE UP RED, YELLOW, GREEN AND ORANGE PEPPERS. IN A SIDE BOWL, MIX 3 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL, 1 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE, AND FRESH GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE. MIX WELL. WITH A GRILLING BRUSH, BRUSH THE MIXTURE ONTO YOUR SLICED VEGGIES AS THEY ARE LAYED OUT ON THE GRILL. GRILL TO YOUR LIKING,,,I LIKE THEM A LITTLE CRISPY!!


SWEET POTATOES:
SLICE UP 2-3 LARGE SWEET POTATOES, VERY THIN. GATHER THEM TOGETHER IN A VERY LARGE PIECE OF FOIL. ADD 2-3 TABLESPOONS OF CINNAMON, 2-3 TABLESPOONS OF SPLENDA. USE NON-FAT BUTTER SPRAY OR COOKING SPRAY TO COAT THE POTATOES. WRAP THE FOIL AROUND THE SWEET POTOATES TO MAKE A POUCH. POKE A FEW HOLES IN THE FOIL POUCH. GRILL IT UP FOR ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES! THEY ARE GREAT A LITTLE BURNT!
